Beyond the boardroom, Jen is the author of The Plug & The Plan: A Music Executive’s Guide to Making It in the Music Industry, where she pulls back the curtain on the business of music with clarity, authenticity, and authority.

Victor Mariachi is a Phoenix-born Hip Hop artist raised by Mexican immigrants, creating music rooted in truth, vulnerability, and cultural identity. Influenced by legends like Tupac, Nas, Eminem, Mos Def, Kendrick Lamar, and Marvin Gaye, Victor blends old-school soul with new-school grit—heavy bass, lo-fi textures, and socially conscious lyricism that cuts deep.
Having lived everywhere from Guerrero, Mexico to Alberta, Canada, Victor draws from a life shaped by movement, resilience, and responsibility, balancing his artistic grind while supporting his family. His music speaks directly to the Mexican American experience, tackling themes of immigration, identity, struggle, and pride with emotional honesty and fearless clarity.
A SXSW performer with shows across Atlanta’s underground scene, Victor Mariachi is “young, brown, and articulate”—and unapologetic about using his voice to challenge narratives and reclaim space in Hip Hop. With multiple mixtapes, an EP, and a full-length album behind him, he’s now entering his next chapter—sharper, louder, and more intentional than ever.

Her poetry meets you exactly where you are, her performances give voice to the unspoken, and her books offer clarity, direction, and transformation for who you are becoming.
Her words don’t simply appeal to the ear—they are solution-based, emotionally driven, and rooted in truth. With fearless authenticity, X Blu Rayne speaks on anything, to anyone, at any time. She moves energy, shifts frequency, and has a gift for shaping lived experience into language that allows audiences to truly see themselves. On stage, on the page, or behind the pen, her work resonates with spiritual precision and emotional honesty.
A accomplished author, X Blu Rayne has released several poetry collections, Blu Life and Blu Life 2, to name a few. She has also released the sensual short-story work Dark Chocolate Chronicles, Protect The Frequency: A Spiritual Handbook for Musicians, Dream & Grow Rich: Children's Story Book and Coloring Book by the same name. In addition to her literary work, she has written for others as a ghostwriter and songwriter, and has also been cast in the stage play FREEDA as Henrietta, bringing her storytelling to life through performance.
